Raising Cane without an Able

She’s rasing cane, but there’s no able
To live her life as if it’s stable
She’ll guard her roost because she broods
Never mind if she gets rude
She knows she can stick it
And her fence isn’t picket
Let alone, white – She’s scary at night
But bless her soul, she’s black as coal
With no one to console or cajole
She directs an awful bowel
Movement meant to reek and smoke
You out of comfort – It’s no joke
So sad to see one’s priority
Is to make believe it’s a sorority
And she wants to be hall monitor
All the bitching time is squandered on
Better to act oblivious
And to live your life in bliss
Than to count on a major regime
To make it happen with a scream
Instead of waiting in the corridor
I’d be playing the accordian
To a polka at a beer fest
And I’d look my very best
But the struggle’s plain to see
Everyone of us is free
So let’s keep down all the noise
With that game we know annoys
As for solid, valid points
In the arguments anoint
They’re to gain the most attention
Devised sanely, I should mention
Without Able as her friend
To stick with her ’til the end
She can only raise her cane
To the ones who still remain

About bognetta

Love has been so much more powerful than other people's control. I think it's all love, but sometimes it doesn't feel like love. That is because so many people are defensive, protective, and do not care to trust in that four letter word...love!
